Now today when the upcoming challenges in the corporate world with the entries of the Multinational companies in India every company is trying to get itself suited and want to be a preferredEmployer for the Employees. Today when a private company is offering perks like Lunch facility, Cab facility and n number of other things to attract the employees and to make a a little contribution , the managememt has now changed into an open house culture wherein the management is there to welocome the employee feedback and want to have a clarity on the reasons for Employee dissatisfaction issues. Management in these companies has changed its look over a decade from a close hose cabins to a cubical system where in manager is welcoming employees to approach him and let him know the real life problems in the work areas.Now a manager is concerned about the emplyees birthday, anniversary along with the workload on him.He is looking forward to help him in his ways to get the targets. A small present and a evening part on the birthday of the Employee keeps te employee attached to the company. And there are 100 other areas wherein the company is trying to creat a soft poit for the itself and get its advantage to handle he corporate issues. The conclusion is that the companies want to be among the front runner and And these private companies are still looking forward to change the work culture to suit to the Employee needs to achieve the corporate goal. Wherein the PSU’sand the Govt undertaking and fully government organizations are still following the same old work culture.Even if they are having a job security and a hell lot of other benefits the inspiring youth is looking forward to the private companies as their future stepping stone. you ask a guy in today’s time that where he want to go, then every inspiring guy will tell you a different storey where private players are well in picture. So where in the next 10 years the economy is demanding a great change and improvement in infrastructure in terms of education and human resource the govt will surely has to keep an eye on the changing world and act accordingly otherwise the date is not so late that the charm of looking for a govt job in the youth will go vanished…
