गंथिबंधा
मैं भले ही वहां नहीं था मगर मेरा मन पुरे दिन वहीँ था और मैं अपने शुख्म मन मैं इस कल्पना मैं व्यास था के कैसी लग रही होगी मेरी मोटी और कैसा होगा वो माहोल. तय किये गए कार्यक्रम के उपरांत फिल्माई गयी चलचित्र और छबी देख के मैं बड़ा खुस हुआ. लाल रंग की साडी और गहनों से सुसज्जित मोटी मेरी माँ और दादी के बिच बैठी सबका आशीर्वाद और प्यार स्वीकार रही थी. मेरे सारे प्रियजन आनंद में मशगुल थे.

Cricket Championship Season–४ at the India Gate
This is not the pitch report from the Guwahati stadium by Laxman Shivramakrishnan during 6th ODI between India & Australia , it’s my forecast for the forthcoming Cricket Championship Season–4.
Yes…… we are back with cricket kit to play some good cricket & cherish it thereafter. May it be an exciting game for jatin or a fitness mantra for me or a pure entertainment for Tapan, Varun & Nagendra or challenge for gaurav sir to come or merely a morning get together for the rest , it’s true that we will be waiting for everyone of you to bat, bowl & field with. Prince's glory: Silk City dances with joy...
This is a saga of daily labourers who earned their bread & butter, who came with strong mind power with spectacular dancing skills and they stunned the world with their enchanting performance. Its the "Prince Group" of my own town, the silk city who has proved that poverty cannot stop their dancing shoes go dirty. This is on Saturday when the eminent dance troop form the east cost town of Berhampur own a reality show on a private channel ( Colors ) to win the 50 lac rupees & a Maruti Car.The troop whose most participants are daily labour to earn their daily food. This shows that there is plenty of talent in the areas where people are being neglected and if given proper amenities they can excel in various fields. On Saturday night the whole town of Berhampur was awake to watch their lads clinch the winning trophy and make them proud. Big screens were arranged at prominent places in the town to hoist the show and people including top shots in the govt officers witnessed the winning performance of the troop. The 10 incarnations of Lord Vishnu was depicted in the performance which stole all hearts and won them the trophy. The players maximum of whom are daily labours were happy and little sentimental and were happy. The leader of the troop Mr.Krushna Reddy told that the prize money was a dire need of the troop as some needed it for building house or someones sister has to be married. Its just like a reincarnation for the neglected town and moreover the neglected group of people.

It was couple of months ago when a close colleague had done the same and life taught me another tough lesson. But the way it happened the very last time that was heart breaking... but yes it has to happen and happened for me to learn a lesson...

These days its going very tough & busy. I am trying my level best to get Chote a job of his liking but as the global recession is going on the results are not at all encouraging. Today its chote's Birthday and I plan to get a relaxed party for him and probably with a movie on sunday. O Lord Ganesha Please bless him in getting a job of his choice.

- Ticket booking services to open in 800 new locations.
- 5000 Post Offices pan India to provide Railway ticket booking facility.
- 'Turant AC' sleeper trains to be introduced between major metros.
Rs 1750 crore to be spent on Gauge conversion. - Students to receive a 60% concession on train tickets.
- Non-stop trains to be operational soon on select routes.
- 50 Railway Stations to be built at par with international standards.
- Extension of 'Ladies Special' trains to major metros like Delhi, Kolkata Chennai.
- 50% concession for Scribes.
- Rs 81685 crore to be the estimated working expenditure.

Out of the Newly introduced trains the number of trains only one has been given to Bihar, the former railway minister's state. Where the general public has welcomed the budget the Bihari's have condemned it saying it a bengol dominated budget where they have been discriminated. Anyway whenever its not affecting the general public in terms of the fare and number of trains its not an issue. Now ministers have knew that the general public being the customers for the IR the budgets are being dedicated to better catering to the general public and the budget are being called as " the aam admi budget". Till the time it is favouring the general public and the public is happy with the services provided by IR, its absolutely no matter whether its which minster who holds the Office.its Aam admi budget and that is enough for us....

Chote Back at home
Yesterday I asked "Chote" to come back to Delhi as I did not find the job suitable for him... without food & shelter and lack of knowledgable people will throw his career into dark. I did nto want the same,hence asked him to come back. He reached Home Yesterday and is resting today. For him & for me the job search is still on and we will close it positively very soon. in-sa-allah amen...... summa amen.

2nd July 2009 ( Ice breaking )
Yesterday was a big day for Miyaon as he got his first assaignment, his first job in life as a "Site Engineer" in Electrical manufacturing company. He was in one way happy but on the other side he was not happy as the location offered to him was out of Delhi. Today he was asked to report to office in Gurgaon. But on the Day first he was asked to go to "Kurkshetra" and he was little disappointed as he is new to Delhi & the whole outer world. He has never lived in a hostel or outside without family members. This is his first time he came out to Delhi for a job. But here too I was here for him. Now when he is asked to go to a distant place away from me he is much worried and i am sure is in a shocking condition. He was not willing to go there but I pressed him and made him understand the condition and then he was in a mood to go there. But I am too not happy now as I will be missing him and his best company here in my accomodation.
अभी भी मेरा मन नहीं मन रहा है । कहाँ जाएगा कहाँ रहेगा ये सब सोच सोच के मेरा दिल बैठा जा रहा है । हे भगवन उसे हिम्मत और सही मार्गदर्शन दें। बच्चा है वो मेरा। हमेशा वो किसी भी परेशानी से नहीं गुजरा अब भी उसे ऐसे ही रखना सारे दुःख से दूर। अये मेरे भगवन उसपे सदा आशीष बनाये रखना । उसे सफलता और सद्बुध्ही दे। मेरे जीवन मे अगर मैंने कोई भी अछा कम और पुण्य किया हो तो उसका फल उसे मिले।

Most easiest DISH.
कल रात को ऑफिस से घर पहंचते पहंचते दोस्त का फ़ोन आया और बोला के मिलने आजा । मौसम भी अछा था तो मैं उसके वहां चला गया । देर तक बैठा रहा और बातें चलती रही। रात सादे आठ बजे मैं वहां से निकला और घर पहंचते पहंचते सादे नौ से ज्यादा हो चुका था। दीमाग का दही और कपड़ो का गर्मी के मारे बुरा हाल हो चुका था। खाना बनाने की मूड ना होते भी हमने खाना बनाने की थान ली ( क्यों के होटल सारेमैं पीछे छोड़ आया था). आज मैं आप लोगों को मेरी सबसे प्रिया व्यंजन बनने की बिधि बताऊंगा। इससे पहले आपको सारे चीज़ों को इकट्ठा कर लीजिये।
आलू भजा
- दो आलू ( २५० ग्राम)
- थोड़ा खाने का तेल
- नमक
- मिर्च पाउडर
- हल्दी पाउडर
बड़े बड़े दो आलू ले लें। उनको लंबा लंबा बारीकी से काटे और पानी मैं भिगो दें।
सबसे पहले आलू अपने मर्जी से जैसे भी काटना हो वैसे काट के पानी मैं भिगो दें। एक बड़ा प्याज भी काट लीजिये। अब कडाई को बर्नर पे रखिये और गैस चालू कीजिये। अब जब कदारी थोड़ा गर्म हो जाए तब उसमे थोड़ा तेल डालिए और गरम होने पर थोड़ा जीरा और सरसों डालिए। अब इंतज़ार कीजिये सरसों उबलने का फिर उसमे कटी हुई प्याज डाक दीजिये और उससे हिलाते रहिये। प्याज कडाई मैं लाल होने तक उसे फ्री कीजिये। उसके बाद उसमें कटा हुआ आलू दाल दीजिये। अब स्वाद अनुसार हल्दी पाउडर, मिर्च पाउडर और नमक दल के अछी तरह से मिक्स कीजिये। अब एक ढक्कन से कडाई को धक् दीजिये। ठीक ३ मिनट बाद उसे फिर से अची तराह से मिक्स करो फिर आलू पकने तक इंतज़ार करो। फिट इसे गरम गरम परोसे...
भाई देखो हम कोई शेफ या खानदानी बावर्ची तो है नहीं और ना हमारी शादी भी हुई है । अब अछा लगे बुरा लगे हमें भूक को तो जड़ से समाप्त करना है ...इसलिए आँख कान बंद करके चवल या रोती के साथ खाने का मज़ा लीजिये और हमें माफ़ कीजिये। अल्लाह मालिक ...

आज उड़िया बर्ष के आसाढ़ मॉस शुक्ल पक्ष्य द्वितीया आज के दिन जगत के नाथ जगन्नाथ महाप्रभु जाती भेद धर्म और संस्कृतियों से ऊपर जाके अपने श्रीमंदिर के रत्न सिंहासन से उतरके भक्तो के लिए बहार आते हैं और अपने भक्तों को आप्यायीत करते हैं। ये संस्कृति जगन्नाथ संस्कृति है जहाँ कोई बड़ा नहीं है ना कोई छोटा है ना कोई रजा है और ना कोई रंक है। यहाँ रजा भी रथ के झाडू करते हैं और रंक भी रजा के साथ भगवन को आलिंगन करता है। हजारो बरसो से ये यात्रा रथ यात्रा के नाम से पूरे बिश्व मे प्रसिद्ध है जब महाप्रभु जगन्नाथ अपने बड़े बही बलभद्र और छोटी बेहेन सुभद्रा के साथ सरे नियमो से परे अपने भक्तो से मिलने श्रीमंदिर से बाहर आते हैं। भगवान् क्या दृश्य मे तो भक्तो के बस मे हूँ वो जहाँ जिस रूप मे मुझे बुलाएँगे मे उनके भक्ति मे लीं होके वहां उस रूप मे उन्हें मिल जाता हूँ। आज के दिन जगन्नाथ महाप्रभु बड़ा दांद मे लाखों भक्तो के बीच नंदीघोष रथ मे पतीतपावन झंडा लहराते हुए अपने मौसी के मिलने जाते हैं ।

'Dyer was really talking about me. I was always quacking and complaining, so I decided to change my attitude and become an eagle. I looked around at the other cabs and their drivers. The cabs were dirty, the drivers were unfriendly, and the customers were unhappy. So I decided to make some changes. I put in a few at a time. When my customers responded well, I did more.''I take it that has paid off for you,' Harvey said.'It sure has,' Wally replied. 'My first year as an eagle, I doubled my income from the previous year. This year I'll probably quadruple it.You were lucky to get me today. I don't sit at cabstands anymore. My customers call me for appointments on my cell phone or leave a message on my answering machine. If I can't pick them up myself, I get a reliable cabbie friend to do it and I take a piece of the action.'Wally was phenomenal. He was running a limo service out of a Yellow Cab. I've probably told that story to more than fifty cab drivers over the years, and only two took the idea and ran with it. Whenever I go to their cities, I give them a call. The rest of the drivers quacked like ducks and told me all the reasons they couldn't do any of what I was suggesting.Wally the Cab Driver made a different choice. He decided to stop quacking like ducks and start soaring like eagles.

जिंदगी से पंगा
मैंने कभी अपनेआप को प्रतिद्वंदी के रूप मैं खड़ा नहीं पाया है। अभी जब जिंदगी मुझसे दो दो हाथ कर रही है तब मैं कमर कस रहा हूँ। भले ही मैंने अपनी जिंदगी अपने शर्तो पर जिया है पर मुझे अभी तक जिंदगी मैं कुछ रूचि नहीं है। सफलता मुझ से अब भी कोशो दूर है और मैं उसे किसी भी हाल मैं हथिआय्ने में कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ना चाहता। भले मुझे जिंदगी ने खूब धोके दिए हो पर मैंने हमेशा जिंदगी को आडे हाथ लिया है। अपनी गलतियों से सीखा है और मेरे आस पास के लोगों को भी इससे आगाह किया है। अब जब जिंदगी थोडी सुस्त पड़ रही है मैंने फिर जिंदगी से पंगा लेने की कोशिश कर रहा हूँ। मेरे सर पे अब कुछ करने का जूनून सवार है। मुझे पता है अगर में अपने आई पे आ गया तो किसी मंजिल को गुलाम बनाना मेरे लिए मुश्किल बात नहीं है मगर तलाश है तो बस एक सही दिशा की है और एक मार्गदर्शक की कमी मुझे सता रही है। वैसे तो में हमशा सुभ्चिन्तकों से घिरा हुआ हूँ मगर इस नस्वर शरीर में छुपा शैतान की पहचान मुश्किल है । पर में द्रिध्प्रतिग्य हूँ और मेरा लक्ष्य अब तय दीख रहा है । मुझमें अब उमर के साथ साथ सफलता की भूख भी बढ़ रही है और में उसे हासिल करने के लिए बेताब हूँ। इश्वर करे के मुझे एक मार्गदर्शक और सफला अतिशीघ्र प्राप्त हो ।
