"Come back and build India"

The recent appeal by Mr. Sridhar Vembu, founder of Zoho, asking Indians in the United States to "come back and build India" should not be viewed merely as a reaction to US immigration restrictions. Rather, it reflects a long-standing belief that India's growth story should be driven by its own talent, innovation, and entrepreneurial spirit.

Following the US Department of Labor's decision to suspend participation of several major technology firms in the PERM (Permanent Labor Certification) process, uncertainty increased for many skilled foreign workers seeking employer-sponsored Green Cards. The affected companies reportedly include major global and Indian IT firms such as Microsoft, Adobe, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, HCL, Cognizant and Capgemini.

"Indians have made a major contribution to America's technological prowess. Yet, a big part of America no longer wants us... Come back, let's build India."

So here we Understand his thought process
1. Turning a Crisis into an Opportunity
2. Reducing Dependence on Foreign Opportunities
3. The Need for Reverse Brain Drain
4. National Capability Over Individual Success

Lets see how this shapes up...
