🙏 To my beloved parents, who sacrificed their dreams to nurture mine and dedicated their happiness to brighten my life's journey, I offer my deepest respect, gratitude, and heartfelt pranam.

Act wisely. Think long-term. Put India first.
As a normal citizen of India who
pays taxes and get worried even on increased salary (because the Income tax bracket
will change upward), this is ridiculous to see that there is a half mind leader
of opposition who is unable to understand that there is a law and order in such
a vast country. And if you are mentally retard and unable to understand that
there is a legal procedure to all issues and in our democratic country you are
free to file a suit in the court. but it’s absurd to see that the bugger
influenced by a bunch of retards and pseudo intellectuals are on the road for
last one month creating public nuisance. Let the govt. and law take its one
course.
As an Indian citizen I am worried
about the global challenges on WAR, Oil prices, layoffs, tariffs and increasing
concern on self and country's progress, but it seems these fools are not at all
concerned. But what they done remember is that by boing such things they loose
their own credibility and own dignity.
For me stability amid this global
turmoil, sustained growth and my and fellow countrymen’s safety and progress is
most important. And those who align the same thought process must be in power
and rest, does not exist. So, beware and act wisely.
PUT INDIA FIRST

"Come back and build India"
The recent appeal by Mr. Sridhar Vembu, founder of Zoho, asking Indians in the United States to "come back and build India" should not be viewed merely as a reaction to US immigration restrictions. Rather, it reflects a long-standing belief that India's growth story should be driven by its own talent, innovation, and entrepreneurial spirit.

When the Lord Calls... a Pilgrim's Travelogue to Tirupati & Tirumala 25 September 2026 - 27 September 2026
There is a saying among devotees of Lord Venkateswara: "You do not decide when to visit Tirumala. The Lord decides when to call you."
For a long time, I had wanted to visit Tirumala. Like many others, I kept postponing the trip for one reason or another. By the time I finally decided to go, the system for booking Special Entry Darshan had changed and tickets were being snapped up months in advance. Looking back, perhaps it was the Lord's way of teaching me that not every meeting with Him can be planned.
When the opportunity finally came, it came suddenly.
Without overthinking, I booked a two-day, two-night Andhra Tourism package from Chennai. The package cost 2,200 and included travel, accommodation, and a tour guide. I was travelling alone, but somehow I never felt alone. The journey itself felt like an invitation. You can book your ticket here - https://tourism.ap.gov.in/home
25 September: The Journey Begins
On the evening of 25 September, I was about to start from office to the pick up point I got a call from the tour operator saying the trip is delayed for 3 hours (from regular 7 pm). So I headed to home to change shoes and attire too. I reached the pickup point near Guindy Metro Station in Chennai at around 9 pm. Then had a light dinner (4 Idlies in Sangeetha Bhavan next to guindy metro station) and waited there till 10.15, There was the usual excitement of a pilgrimage about to begin. Families, elderly couples, youngsters, and solo travellers like me stood with bags in hand, waiting for the bus that would carry us towards the sacred hills.
As the bus rolled out of Chennai and into the night, I leaned back in my seat and closed my eyes. The tiredness of the day quickly overtook me. Somewhere between sleep and wakefulness, I felt a quiet happiness.
After all, I was finally on my way to see the Lord of the Seven Hills.
26 September: A Day of Blessings
In the early hours of the morning, we reached the AP Tourism Haritha Hotel. After a short rest, our guide woke us up at dawn. The ringing of bells outside the rooms was enough to get everyone moving.
The pilgrimage had truly begun.
Srikalahasti
By 6 AM we were standing before the majestic temple of Sri Kalahasteeswara at Srikalahasti.
The morning air was cool and fresh. Since we were among the first devotees to enter, the darshan was peaceful. Inside the sanctum, there was a divine stillness that is difficult to describe. Receiving the Lord's blessings and prasadam so early in the day felt like a wonderful start to the pilgrimage. I got two laddus and was surprised to see the big size of the laddu(Rs 100 each) duly packed in a paper bag.
Srinivasa Mangapuram
After breakfast, we travelled to Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy Temple at Srinivasa Mangapuram.
The temple carries a touching significance. It is believed that Lord Venkateswara stayed here with Goddess Padmavati after their celestial marriage before moving to Tirumala. Standing there, one cannot help but feel closer to the human aspect of divinity, to the stories that generations of devotees have cherished.
The crowd was small, and the darshan was peaceful. I found myself lingering a little longer, simply enjoying the calmness of the temple.
Padmavati Ammavari Temple
Our next stop was Tiruchanur, the abode of Goddess Padmavati.
The temple was full of devotion and reverence. Watching devotees fold their hands with complete faith reminded me that every person there carried their own burdens, prayers, hopes, and gratitude.
For a few moments, I forgot everything outside the temple walls.
There was only devotion.
The Test Before the Blessing
Every pilgrimage has its test.
For us, that test came in the form of the SSD token queue.
We reached the Scheduled Sarva Darshan token counter during the afternoon. Nobody seemed to know exactly when the tokens would be issued. We were simply told to wait.
So we waited.
And waited.
By around 3 PM, thousands of people had gathered. The queue stretched farther than the eye could see. The sun was relentless. The heat radiating from the ground felt even worse.
There were elderly devotees leaning on walking sticks, mothers carrying children, and youngsters trying to shield their parents from the sun. Yet nobody left the line.
Everyone had come for the same reason.
Everyone wanted just one glimpse of the Lord.
For nearly four hours, we stood there.
At times, I wondered whether I would have the energy left for the next day's darshan. But every time such thoughts arose, I would look around and find inspiration in the devotion of the people standing beside me.
When the token finally landed in my hand, it felt less like a piece of paper and more like a blessing.
That evening, tired beyond words, I returned to the hotel, had dinner, and slept with only one thought in mind:
Tomorrow, I would finally see Him.
27 September: The Moment
The next morning began before sunrise.
By 5.30 AM, we were on our way towards Tirumala.
The bus climbed through the sacred hills, and with every turn of the road the excitement grew stronger. As I looked at the lush green surroundings and the mist-covered hills, I felt an overwhelming sense of gratitude.
By 8 AM, I was inside the Sarva Darshan queue.
What followed was another five hours of waiting.
But this wait felt different.
The closer we moved towards the sanctum, the faster the heart seemed to beat.
During those long hours, I kept planning what I would tell the Lord.
I thought of the people I wanted to pray for.
I thought of my family, Maa, Moti, Duggu and all.
I thought of my worries, my dreams, my gratitude.
I rehearsed those conversations in my mind over and over.
Then came the moment.
The queue moved.
The sanctum appeared.
The chanting of "Govinda... Govinda..." grew louder.
And suddenly He was there.
Lord Venkateswara.
The One whom millions travel hundreds of kilometres to see.
The One whom countless devotees remember every day.
For months I had imagined that moment and all the things I would say.
Yet when I stood before Him, I forgot everything.
Every prayer.
Every wish.
Every carefully prepared sentence.
Nothing remained.
I simply stared.
For a few precious seconds, the world disappeared.
There was no crowd.
There was no noise.
There was no tiredness.
There was only Him.
And then, just as quickly, it was over.
The security staff gently moved us forward, and I was outside the sanctum.
But something had changed.
The body was exhausted, yet the mind felt incredibly light.
The heart felt full.
As though a burden I didn't even know I was carrying had been quietly lifted.
The Journey Home
Later, after collecting the laddus, having a hot meal, and doing a little shopping, I waited near the reporting point for the rest of the group.
Throughout the journey, our group of forty-plus pilgrims had moved together and drifted apart countless times. Such is the nature of Tirumala. In the crowds, everyone becomes an individual pilgrim standing before God.
As I sat there waiting, I reflected on the past two days.
The queues.
The heat.
The walking.
The lack of sleep.
The uncertainty.
Surprisingly, none of those things mattered anymore.
What remained was that single fleeting moment before the Lord.
I travelled alone, but those long hours gave me something precious: time to chant His name, time to reflect on my life, and time to understand a simple truth.
As devotees, we often think we must tell God everything.
But when you finally stand before Lord Venkateswara, you realize He already knows.
He knows your struggles.
He knows your fears.
He knows your dreams.
He knows what you need, even before you ask.
Perhaps that is why words leave us when we stand before Him.
As the bus rolled back towards Chennai on the evening of 27 September, my heart was filled with peace and gratitude.
I returned with laddus in my bag.
But more importantly, I returned with faith in my heart.
Namo Narayanaya.
Govinda... Govinda... Govinda..

POSH CASE - Abraham Mathai Judgment: A Critical POSH Lesson for HR and ICC Members
- A written complaint remains the foundation of a POSH inquiry.
- If an aggrieved woman is unable to submit a written complaint, the Committee should formally assist her in recording it in writing as contemplated under the Act.
- Anonymous complaints should be handled with caution and cannot automatically become the basis for a formal POSH inquiry.
- Principles of natural justice must be followed throughout the investigation process.
- Procedural compliance is as important as the intent of the legislation. A flawed process can invalidate an otherwise well-intentioned inquiry.
For HR leaders, this judgment reinforces a simple but powerful principle: POSH investigations must be both sensitive and legally rigorous. A fair outcome begins with a fair process

Farewell, Anuj Tyagi
Yesterday was the tervi of Anuj Tyagi, my friend and colleague from our MBA days in New Delhi.
I first met Anuj at our hostel in Punjabi Bagh. From the very first day, everyone around him was impressed by his personality. He was a college topper from Bhopal and had inspired a couple of his friends to follow him to Delhi for their MBA. Throughout our course, he remained outstanding academically, but what truly set him apart was his ability to connect with people. He built relationships effortlessly and made everyone feel comfortable around him.
Among our close circle were Gulrez, Sahu, Patidar, and me. Gulrez and Sahu had followed him from Bhopal. I still do not know how Patidar became part of the group, and honestly, I was probably the odd man out who happened to cross paths with them. Yet somehow, the five of us came together. What began with conversations about academics gradually extended into discussions about our personal lives, ambitions, struggles, and dreams. Before we knew it, a strong bond had formed, and those days became some of the most treasured memories of our lives.
During the two-year PGDBM program, the first year disappeared in studies, projects, and competitions. By the second year, everyone was busy arranging summer internships. Anuj, however, was remarkably clear about what he wanted. He had chosen advertising as his career path and was determined to pursue it. The rest of us were more followers than leaders, and naturally, we followed his lead.
Through his connections, we secured internships with Dainik Bhaskar in Bhopal. I still remember the scorching summer and those two hot months we spent there. While Anuj pursued advertising with conviction, many of us were simply going through the motions. I, for example, spent much of my time reviewing newspaper content and suggesting edits, more as a pastime than a serious career pursuit. I was primarily there to complete the internship and earn a certificate.
When I expressed my dissatisfaction, Anuj was the one who advised me to explore other possibilities and make the best of whatever opportunities were available. Looking back, I think he could see that advertising was not really my calling. He encouraged me to take chances and find my own path.
After graduation in 2004, we entered the job market during a difficult economic period. Opportunities were scarce, and many of us struggled to find our footing. I took up a few odd jobs before Anuj recommended me for a marketing role with Divya Himachal. Once again, I found myself following a path he had already chosen.
The same was true for Gulrez, Sahu, and Patidar. We all followed him into advertising and media sales at various organizations. But over time, we realized that we were chasing his dream, not necessarily our own. As we discovered our individual strengths and passions, each of us moved in different directions and found success in completely different fields.
Looking back, this speaks volumes about Anuj's magnetic personality. He was the force that bound us together. We trusted his judgment, admired his confidence, and willingly followed where he led.
As the years passed, our professional journeys diverged. Sahu returned to his family business. Patidar did the same. Gulrez struggled initially but eventually built a successful career in real estate. I transitioned from marketing into human resources. As our careers evolved, we naturally drifted apart.
Yet we remained connected through the milestones of life.
I remember when Anuj fell in love with Richa. Their journey was not easy. There were family objections, domestic struggles, and many challenges along the way. Through it all, we stood by him. In fact, I was one of the two witnesses at their registered marriage. We celebrated his happiness because it felt like the victory of a dear friend.
Then life happened.
Careers demanded our attention. Families grew. Responsibilities increased. The years slipped by without us realizing how quickly time was passing. We were all optimistic back then, taking chances with limited opportunities and building lives that eventually became much larger than we could have imagined. In one way or another, each of us carried lessons learned from Anuj's confidence, determination, and personality.
Today, when he is gone, all of us are left asking the same questions: why and how did it come to this?
Over the years, we learned that things were not well in his personal life. Even after his family expanded from two people to three and later four, the happiness we had hoped for never truly settled in. The difficulties surrounding his marriage, combined with the lack of support from both families, seemed to take a heavy toll on him.
We were told that he developed a dependency on alcohol and was hospitalized frequently. Later, he was diagnosed with liver fibrosis. After a prolonged hospitalization, he was finally due to be discharged. Tragically, he suffered a brain stroke, leading to multiple organ failure and ultimately his death.
But if I am honest, I feel he had begun losing himself much earlier.
For years, he cut himself off from the people who cared about him. He stopped answering calls. He ignored messages. He disappeared from social media and withdrew from friendships that had once been such an important part of his life.
To me, it seems that a part of him broke when he lost Richa. Perhaps he never truly recovered from that loss. Having gone against his family's wishes to marry her, he had already strained relationships with those closest to him. When that relationship fell apart, he may have found himself isolated from everyone who could have helped him heal.
His bond with his children also appeared to suffer, leaving him even more alone. What saddens me most is that he still had friends who would have stood by him, just as we always had. But by then, the channels of communication had closed. The calls went unanswered. The messages remained unread. The bridges had quietly disappeared.
As I think back on the young man I met in that hostel in Punjabi Bagh, I do not remember the illness, the struggles, or the solitude of his final years. I remember the confident leader who inspired people, the friend who offered guidance when others were lost, the person whose energy drew everyone together.
For many of us, Anuj Tyagi was not just a friend. He was a chapter of our lives.
And while that chapter has ended far too soon, the memories remain.
Rest in peace, my friend. You are gone, but a part of you lives on in each of us who had the privilege of sharing that journey with you. You will be missed.

Accel Limited: Celebrating 35 Years of Excellence.
The evening
commenced with a warm welcome from Mr. S. V. Rao, President and COO of Accel
Limited, who reflected on the company's remarkable journey and invited Mr. N.
R. Panicker, Chairman and Managing Director, to share his thoughts on this
memorable occasion.
In an engaging and nostalgic address, Mr. Panicker took the audience back to the early days of Accel. He fondly remembered Mr. Balaji, who had filed the incorporation documents of Accel on 13 April 1991, marking the beginning of what would become one of India's respected technology and services organizations. Recalling the realities of the IT industry in the early 1990s, Mr. Panicker shared anecdotes about the challenges of securing a simple landline connection, a critical business requirement at the time.
With characteristic
humility, he narrated the story of commuting to the office on a scooter during
the company's formative days and the pride of purchasing a Maruti car within
the first year of operations. These memories served as a reminder of how determination,
hard work, and belief in a vision can transform modest beginnings into lasting
success.
Mr. Panicker emphasized that Accel's growth was built on an unwavering commitment to customer service. He reminisced about personally reviewing engineers' service records and customer feedback to ensure the highest standards of service delivery. This relentless focus on understanding customer needs and continuously improving service quality became the cornerstone of Accel's growth and reputation.
The celebration also featured reflections from several veterans and key contributors to the company's journey, including Mr. S. T. Prabhu, Mr. Balaji, Mr. K. R. Chandrasekaran, Mr. Chandrasekaran, and Mr. Pradeepan. Their personal stories and experiences brought to life the challenges, achievements, and camaraderie that have defined Accel's culture over the decades.
The formal proceedings concluded with a ceremonial cake-cutting, symbolizing 35 years of achievement and shared success, followed by dinner and fellowship among colleagues and friends.
Looking back at the
Accel of 1991 and comparing it with the Accel of 2026, the transformation has
been remarkable. Technologies have evolved, markets have changed, and the scale
of operations has grown significantly. Yet the values that shaped the organization
in its early years remain unchanged: a commitment to customer service, a
passion for excellence, and a dedication to creating value for every
stakeholder.
As Accel celebrates
35 years of success, the occasion serves not only as a tribute to its rich
legacy but also as an inspiration for the future. For everyone who has been
part of this journey, it is a matter of immense pride to belong to an
organization that continues to grow while staying true to its founding
principles.
Here's to 35 remarkable years of Accel Limited and to many more years of innovation, service, and success.

Commencement of the Four Labour Codes (India)
India’s long‑pending labour law
overhaul finally came into effect on 21 November 2025, when
the Ministry of Labour& employment formally brought all four
labour codes into force. These codes consolidate 29 central labour
laws into four:
- Code on Wages, 2019
- Industrial Relations (IR) Code, 2020
- Code on Social Security (SS), 2020
- Occupational Safety, Health and Working
Conditions (OSH) Code, 2020
Why Were the Labour Codes
Introduced?
The government
emphasized the need to replace fragmented, colonial‑era labour laws that
were outdated and difficult to administer. The older laws were spread across
decades (1930s–1950s) and struggled to keep up with modern employment
structures. The new codes aim to simplify compliance, expand worker
protections, and align India with global standards
Key Changes Introduced by the
Labour Codes
1. Wage & Compensation
Reforms
- · A uniform definition of “wages” now applies across all laws, affecting PF, gratuity, bonus, overtime, leave encashment, etc.
- · Minimum wages apply to all employees, not only scheduled industries.
- · National floor wage to be notified by the Centre; states cannot set wages below this level.
- Employers must pay final dues within two working days of termination/resignation
2. Social Security Expansion
- · Social security coverage extended to gig workers, platform workers, unorganised workers, and fixed‑term workers.
- · Gratuity eligibility for fixed‑term employees reduced from five years to one year.
- · ESIC expanded, with mandatory coverage for hazardous industries regardless of workforce size.
3. Employer Compliance &
Working Conditions
- · Mandatory appointment letters for all employees.
- · Defined work hours, overtime rules, and enhanced OSH provisions.
- · Women permitted to work night shifts with safeguards.
- · Stricter norms for safety, health, and welfare.
4. Industrial Relations
Reforms
·
Changes to dispute resolution, standing orders,
and trade union regulations.
·
Aims to reduce compliance complexity and
encourage ease of doing business.
Aftermath: Impact &
Outcomes After Implementation
A. Impact on Workers
- 1. Better Social Security Coverage - Workers—especially gig/platform workers, unorganised sector employees and fixed‑term workers—gain access to PF, ESIC, insurance and other benefits.
- 2. Transparency & Job Security - Mandatory appointment letters bring clarity in terms and conditions of employment.
- 3. Potential Impact on Take‑home Pay - Because of the new wage definition, some employees may see reduced take‑home salaries but gain higher contributions to PF, gratuity, etc.
B. Impact on Employers
& Industries
- 1. Compliance Overhaul
- Companies must adapt to new wage structures, documentation requirements, and the broader definitions under social security laws. Dual compliance challenges arose initially as state-level rules were still being finalised.
- 2. Short‑term Operational Costs
Recalculating
payroll, adjusting HR systems, updating policies, and conducting wage
sensitivity analyses became necessary.
3.
Long‑term Benefits
·
Clearer regulations
·
Reduced overlapping laws
·
Better industrial harmony
·
Encouragement of formalisation
C. Impact on Gig &
Platform Economy
- · The codes introduce formal definitions for gig/platform work and require aggregators to contribute 1–2% of turnover (capped at 5% of worker payouts) towards social security funds.
- · This is one of the most transformative structural changes since gig workers were previously excluded from formal labour protections.
Overall Assessment
Positive Outcomes
- · Streamlined labour compliance regime
- · Expanded social security net
- · Greater formalisation of employment
- · Improved workplace safety norms
- · Clearer employer‑employee rights framework
Challenges
- · Initial confusion about implementation timelines
- · Payroll restructuring burdens
- · Possible short‑term reduction in take‑home pay
- · Varying readiness across states
- · Need for capacity building for small businesses
Summary
The four
labour codes—effective 21 November 2025—represent India’s most
significant labour reform in decades. Their aftermath includes a mix of
administrative challenges and positive long‑term structural changes aimed at
formalisation, welfare enhancement, and simplifying the regulatory landscape
